Aperture On Sight

Aperture teaching artists helped to write, develop, and test the Aperture On Sight curriculum. They are available to provide direct educational services to schools, camps, museums, or after-school / weekend programs. The teaching artists are trained to teach in a variety of environments and to partner with organizations to meet their needs.

Aperture On Sight comprises twenty lesson plans that can be taught once a week, twice a week, or once a day for a four-week camp program. Lesson plans can also be conflated. PhotoSouthAsia, an initiative of the MurthyNAYAK Foundation, paid for this program at two schools near New York City. This funding covered the cost of materials, photobooks / workbooks for up to 15 students, one teaching artist, and more.
