The photography books listed here are a few overviews of works from South Asia. More will be added.
If you have recommendations of books about photography in South Asia, we would greatly appreciate your sending those to us at info@photosouthasia.org. We are looking for artists books as well as books that discuss the history of photography in a South Asian country, or a certain style or theme as portrayed by a group of photographers. A catalog from a group show on a particular topic also would be appreciated.
Please send the title and as much descriptive information (author/s, publisher, year, etc) as you can.
