NAPSL

The National Association of Photographers Sri Lanka (NAPSL) was started in 1980 by a few photo enthusiasts, who held the first color exhibition in Sri Lanka in 1981. Soon, NAPSL began organizing more exhibitions, as well as workshops and field trips. Their membership grew and their opportunities increased. The courses offered by the organization were recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC) of Sri Lanka, proving the high standard of NAPSL and its value in helping serious students to make careers and find creative fulfillment in photography.
